Collaborating with some of the most renowned Film Festivals in the world, Laura has acquired an in-depth experience in talent handling and in the protocol of the red carpet, while developing a wide network of national and international contacts. Her main competencies are:

• Liaising with film delegations in the run up to and during the Festival
• Knowledge of the dynamics of the red carpet, of the protocol of official screenings and of seating plans
• Drafting of red carpet runs and personal agendas for the talents
• Care of VIP guests who are part of a film delegation
• Handling of unexpected situations, last minute requests and emergencies on site
• Coordination of the supporting staff when handling a film delegation
• Booking and coordination of transportation to, from and during the event
• Managing of hospitality requests and hotel bookings for talents and their entourage
• Organization of extra activities and on-site care for high profile guests
• Handling of interview schedules and liaison between journalists and talents in case they do not have a dedicated Press Office/PR Manager
• Coordination of invitations for special events, official screenings, Gala Dinners and Awards Ceremonies
• Knowledge of the dynamics of complimentary tickets and accreditations requests and on-site handling
